Stay home and count on Prontopia

A free errand service for people in need

Stay home. We’ll take care of the rest.

During the global crisis, it’s important that everyone stay home as much as possible, especially the elderly and sick.

To make it even easier, Prontopia is providing a free service to elderly for help getting groceries, running important errands and even walking the dog

The service will be free for anyone over 65 years of age and for people with chronic illnesses until the end of the crisis.
Each request will be strategically assigned in order to minimize movement within the city while maximizing safety and respecting government regulations. All Prontopia assistants have been carefully selected and screened and live in the nearby area.
Grocery Shopping

Make a grocery list and a Prontopia assistant will shop for you and deliver your groceries to your home, while respecting all safety regulations set forth by the government. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the groceries upon delivery with the receipt.
Urgent Errands

Need to pick up your medicine at the pharmacy? A Prontopia assistant can pick it up for you and deliver it to your home. If you have other important errands or tasks to complete, feel free to ask us and we will help you if regulations allow.
Walking the Dog

Have a four-legged friend that needs to be taken outside? A Prontopia assistant can take the dog out for you so that you don’t have to risk going out.
